Supporting Our Partner Organisations

This year, we’re thrilled to be working in partnership with Octopus Energy, whose support makes so much of our community impact possible. Together, we’re not only bringing the magic of winter to Greenwich,  we’re helping create meaningful opportunities for local young people and families. Thanks to this partnership, alongside offering over 2,500 children and young people the chance to skate for free,  we’re also proud to support two remarkable partner organisations whose work makes a real difference in our communities. Throughout the rink season, visitors will have the opportunity to donate directly and help these organisations continue the vital support they provide.

Below is a little more about each of our partners and the impact they create:

Soup Kitchen London

(soupkitchenlondon.org)

Soup Kitchen London provides essential support to individuals experiencing homelessness and food insecurity. Their dedicated team offers hot meals, clothing, mental-health support, and a warm, safe environment for hundreds of vulnerable people each week. Their work is grounded in dignity, compassion, and community.

Snow Camp

(snow-camp.org.uk)

Snow Camp uses the power of snow sports to support young people facing significant challenges. Through skiing, snowboarding, life-skills sessions, and mental-health support, they help young people build confidence, resilience, and pathways into education and employment. Their programmes open doors to opportunities many young people would otherwise never experience.

How You Can Help

When you visit the Queen’s House Ice Rink this season, you’ll have the opportunity to support these extraordinary organisations. Whether your contribution is small or significant, every donation helps strengthen their work and uplift people within our communities.

Together, we can make a real difference, all while celebrating the joy of winter.
